THERAPY THAT FEELS LIKE…
A Safe Place to Heal and Grow
YOUR JOURNEY
A Thoughtful Approach Rooted in Your Story
We believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering—a space where individuals and families can build insight, resilience, emotional connection, and confidence while navigating life's challenges and transitions. We treat across the lifespan, building meaningful therapeutic relationships through trust, honesty, and genuine human connection.
1
Child, Teen, & Family
Childhood and adolescence can bring unique challenges as young people navigate emotions, relationships, school demands, identity development, and life transitions. Therapy provides a supportive space for children and teens to build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, develop confidence, and feel understood.
2
Emerging Adulthood & Beyond
The transition into adulthood often comes with significant changes, uncertainty, and growth. Whether navigating college, career decisions, relationships, identity exploration, life transitions, anxiety, depression, or burnout, therapy can provide a space to gain clarity, build coping skills, and reconnect with your strengths.
3
Perinatal & Postpartum
The journey into parenthood can be joyful, meaningful, and deeply transformative, while also bringing unexpected challenges. Pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, fertility experiences, identity shifts, and the demands of caregiving can impact emotional well-being in ways that are often overlooked. Therapy can help many parents navigate the many complexities that can arise during this season of life.

Kids Clubs are designed to provide children with opportunities to build confidence, strengthen social-emotional skills, and develop meaningful connections with peers in a fun, supportive environment. Through age-appropriate activities, games, creative expression, and guided discussion, children learn skills related to emotional regulation, friendship building, self-esteem, communication, and problem-solving. Our goal is to create a space where children feel safe, included, and empowered while developing skills that support success both at home and in their everyday lives.

The transition into parenthood can be one of life's most meaningful experiences, while also bringing unexpected challenges, identity shifts, and emotional demands. This group offers a supportive and affirming space for individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, fertility journeys, and early parenthood. Participants are invited to connect with others who understand the unique joys and struggles of this season while building coping skills, fostering self-compassion, and reducing feelings of isolation. Together, we create a community rooted in support, understanding, and shared growth.

Parenting can bring forward many emotions, memories, and questions about our own upbringing—particularly for those navigating motherhood without the support, guidance, or presence of their own mother. This group is designed for women who are grieving the loss of a mother, processing complicated maternal relationships, or navigating parenthood without the maternal support they hoped to have. Through connection, reflection, and shared experiences, participants are offered a space to honor their stories, process grief, build resilience, and redefine what support and motherhood can look like for them.
Consultation Services
School and Teacher Consultations
Children thrive when the adults in their lives work together. Through school and teacher consultation services, I partner with educators, school teams, and families to support students' social-emotional well-being, behavioral needs, and overall success in the classroom.
Drawing on my experience as a school social worker, I provide consultation around emotional regulation, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, behavioral concerns, peer relationships, school avoidance, neurodivergent-affirming supports, and social-emotional development. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and solution-focused, with the goal of helping adults better understand a child's needs while identifying practical strategies that can be implemented across settings.
Consultation services may include classroom observations, participation in school meetings, collaboration around 504 Plans and IEPs, behavioral and emotional support planning, teacher consultation, and coordination of care with families and other providers. Together, we work to create supportive environments where children feel understood, empowered, and positioned to succeed both academically and emotionally.
Clinical Supervision and Consultation
I am a board certified supervisor in the state of Maryland for clinical social workers. I approach clinical supervision and consultation as a collaborative partnership that fosters growth, confidence, and clinical excellence. My goal is to create a supportive and reflective space where clinicians feel both challenged and encouraged as they continue developing their professional identity and clinical skills.
My supervision style is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and strengths-based feedback. I believe clinicians do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and empowered to think critically about their cases, clinical decision-making, and professional development. Rather than focusing solely on solutions, I encourage reflection, exploration, and clinical reasoning, helping clinicians build confidence in their own judgment while expanding their knowledge and skills.
I strive to balance support with accountability, recognizing that growth often occurs when clinicians feel safe enough to be vulnerable while also being appropriately challenged. Whether navigating complex clinical presentations, ethical considerations, risk assessment, systems collaboration, or professional burnout, I work alongside clinicians to identify strengths, address barriers, and develop practical strategies that support both client outcomes and clinician well-being.
As a consultant and supervisor, I bring a systems-oriented perspective informed by my experience working across schools, outpatient settings, multidisciplinary teams, and community-based programs. I value collaboration and believe that the most effective care occurs when clinicians, families, schools, and providers work together toward shared goals.
Above all, I view supervision and consultation as opportunities to foster professional growth, clinical confidence, and sustainable practice while maintaining a commitment to compassionate, ethical, and equitable care.
